Return Policy

My hope is to make your shopping experience a positive one. However, I completely understand that sometimes you need to return items, so I want to make my return policy as fair and easy as possible.  

When returning an item, please take note of the following policies/procedures:

  • Please email me at shopsimplydiva@gmail.com that you will initiate a return - state your complete name,  order number, reason. In the subject line - name -order number
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returned items and it's the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
  • Items eligible for return (within 10 days of the date of purchase):
    • Must be postmarked within 10 days of the date of purchase
    • Must have original tags, be unworn and in brand new condition.  If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
    • Must include a copy of the receipt.  If you cannot locate the original receipt, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation may be delayed in being processed.
    • If a return meets all of the above criteria, a refund, less shipping costs, will be made upon receipt to the form of payment used on the purchase transaction
    • Returns after 10 days will not be accepted, only store credit!
  • Holiday Return Policy:
    • Orders placed on or between Nov 16th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 7th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 7th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
  • Defective or Damaged Merchandise
    • Please inspect and try on your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return period does not apply.
    • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to shopsimplydiva@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.  Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
    • Include your first and last name and your order #.
    • You will receive a response from me within 24 hours.

CLEARANCE, SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS CLEARANCE, SALE OR PROMOTIONAL.
